Roots & Culture prides it self on it's dedication not only to the fans but also to our team. Hence on Sunday some of us decided to go to breakfast. We ended up at Charlie's Place [Old Nassau Stadium] on the suggestion of Champahne Lopez. To this we say pops to the world, to champahne...Charlie's Place is one of the best local restaurants in Nassau. The stew fish, steam fish and chicken souse we ordered were deliciously on point. We all agreed the food was the best we've ever had. The waitress was very attentive and the atmosphere was great too.
Apparently we were not the only ones that shared this view...We ran into Bahamian icon Pat Bain as well as ZNS news anchor Keishla Smith...[ see photos below by BJ Daxon ]
