Synopsis
I know you’ve been there. Wanting something but it seems the whole world stands in your way. Fighting and banging your head against the wall but it seems the rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer. Well this is a story about a young man with big dreams. A man who loves and can’t have what he loves. Can’t have it because the powerful stand in his way. So what does he do? Does he bow out? Does he give up? Does he accept defeat? Accept the destiny the world wants to give him? Or does he make his own destiny?
He fights back. He fights back with all he has. For the woman he loves. For the church he leads. For the children he has chosen to protect.
Reverend Martie is our hero. Sandra is his love. Pa Coleby, that sly ole devil, is his adversary. You’ve got to be there at the Dundas Nov. 25-27 to find out who comes out on top.
It's the 20th anniversary of Pa and the Preacher. This comedy promises to be a great play so do come out and enjoy the production. Hope to see you there! Please spread the word!
