LANDLORD SIGNS DISTRIBUTION DEAL WITH SONY

The Landlord Franchise grows…

Long before this fresh crop of singers and rappers came on the scene, Landlord has owned the Bahamas. He is well known for songs such as "We Need Peace" and of course for being the first Bahamian artist on Tempo...

He has been making massive moves lately and leave it to Nosey Parker to dig out the good stuff…

Turns out that though we here in the Bahamas have not heard much about Landlord, this very enterprising star has been quite busy.

Landlord tells Nosy that he has signed a distribution deal with the same peeps who does Kymani Marley's albums [Sony} and is bringing out a new Album and new music video in a matter of months. When the album drops it will be called Landlord Up Close & Personal and will be available in all Walmarts & Targets... The singer is also booked up the whazoo...[take note new artists this is the measure of whether or not you are being successful] ...He says not only is he is booked for Europe ,but also for Reggae Jam scheduled for July in Europe.I pause here to note that Reggae Jam is a concert held in Europe yearly which attracts upward of 70,000 people. He is also slated to perform in Nigeria, Fort Lauderdale, Texas and more.

Landlord also alluded to the fact that staying here in the country will not make you much dough. "i have been busy i don't focus on the local my aim is global," he says. Nosey says, when you large yuh large!!!!!

LAndlord has already done a number of tours early this year which included stops in Canada, Guyana and Miami...
