Ok guys so Nosey Parker had to take a little break.What! She's only human...However while on that break she Bumped into Bahamian songbird Brettina and gave us the scoop...
Turns out Los Angeles based, Brettina, is in town for Oilin sha Coakley's "Super Model of the World" competition held in the Colonial Hilton Sunday. She is also here to promote her new album "Brettina". The album is all " jazz with a hint of island" and of course features her popular song "Bahamian Girl". The songbird notes that the song has finally been re-done the way she wants. The album also has appearances by Gerald Albright and the Legendary Bahamian group, T Connection.
Brettina was here in January doing a promotional photo shoot. She notes that she does all her photo shoots here in Bahamas...talk about Ambassador at large...She leaves the island on Friday... but will be back soon...look out for an interview with Brettina on Roots & Culture soon...
